30 Years Anniversary Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
– The competition is open to individuals who are aged 4 to 18, submissions should be uploaded by adults.
– Participants must reside in the UK.

– Participants must submit a video of someone performing their tongue twister.

How to Enter the 30 Words About Drama Kids Competition – Enter here
– Participants must submit something that includes 30 words about Drama Kids. This could be a video of friends and family saying a word each or a poster or bake something and decorate.

How to Enter the Best Dramatic Photo Competition – Enter here
– Participants must submit a photo which is created using the theme of ’30 years of drama’.
– Entries must be submitted via the form Enter here.
3. Submission Requirements
– Videos containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content will be disqualified.
– By submitting a video and/or image, participants confirm that they are the rightful owner of the video and/or image and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
4. Permission to Use Submissions
– By submitting a video and/or image, participants grant Drama Kids a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the content on our social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms.
– Participants agree that Drama Kids may edit, adapt, or modify the video and/or image as necessary for marketing and promotional purposes.
– Participants will not be entitled to any compensation or royalties for the use of their video and/or image.
5. Judging and Winner Selection:
– The winners will be selected by a panel of judges.
– Two winners for each competition will be selected, one Primary winner (age 4-11) and one Youth Theatre winner (age 12-18). The competition starts 1st September and ends 31st October 2024.
– The decision of the judges is final and binding.
– The winners will be announced in November and will be contacted by the Drama Kids Head Office marketing team.
6. Prize:
– The winners will receive limited edition 30th anniversary merch.
– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7. Data Protection:
– Participants’ personal information will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with the Drama Kids privacy policy.
– Drama Kids will not share participants’ personal information with third parties without their consent, except as necessary to administer the competition.
8. General Conditions:
– Drama Kids reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
– Drama Kids is not responsible for any technical issues, loss, or damage that may occur during the submission or judging process.
– By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
